Profil ukusa: These beans of coffees are grown in the province of Sidamo which is at 1600m altitude above sea level, and they are famous for their unique flavour and aroma. They are hand picked, dry processed, ie. Beans are spread on the bed sheets, or concrete sheets where they dry naturally under the sun. This is a very aromatic coffee, it starts with mild, floral aromas on the nose, has avery< milda body and compelx acidity od the citrus fruits and blueberies. This is a perfect coffee for various filter brews, Aeropress, French press, Chemex, drip coffee ....

Recipe for filter brew: 16g coffee, 300 ml water, temperature: 96-98C, time of extraction: 2:30 minutes. Before everything you should water the paper filter to clean the paper fiber and the taste of paper, and only after that pour the coffee into a filter, pour over a very small amount of coffee and let it „bloom“ for about 30 seconds. Then, for about 2 minute slowly pour the rest of water over the coffee. Preheat the cups, pour the coffee and enjoy!
