Roasting profile: Medium, coffees are roasted separately and then blended

Taste profile: Mixing the creamy, fruity, sweety notes of the three excuisite coffees we get the full body, rich pallete of flavours, creamy texture, which are followed by sweetness, fruitiness and intense aftertaste at the end. This blend is soft, elegant, creamy, tasty... It can be used for espresso, moka pot and various types of brewed coffees (french press, aeropress..)

Recipe for „French press“: 55-60g of coffee, coarsely ground; 750ml water , T = 91C-96C; Put the water to boil, grind the coffee and measure it, pour it in the french press bowl, wait until the temperature drops until 91C-98C and pour 200ml of water over the coffee. Now you should wait around 30“ of extraction and pour the rest of the water. Wait 3-4 minutes of extraction, depending on the intensity which we want to achieve. Mix the coffee together with foam, the rest of the foam skim and throw, put the grid cover and slowly move it towards the bottom of the bowl. Pour into the preheated cups.
